銀合歡材質環保家具
銀合歡為國內三大綠癌之首，協會主要計畫內容即是將惡木變黃金，減少銀合歡對森林的破壞及將其銀合歡的廢木再生各類再利用商品。
，例如做成獎牌、獎盃，取代常用的塑膠、電鍍等非環保材質製品，或是做成原木裝潢與家具，質感好、美觀、耐用，減少化工製品的產生，並抑制外來種植物的擴散。另有德和古道特色導覽與木工DIY體驗，是學習、知識、健康、環保的好去處。
The Leucaena leucocephala, as one of the top three major invasive species in the country, is the main focus of the association’s projects. The main objective is to turn this harmful tree into “golden” resources. For example, we plan to create medals and trophies to replace commonly used non-environmentally friendly materials like plastic and electroplating products. Additionally, we aim to utilize the wood for interior decoration and furniture, providing high-quality, aesthetically pleasing, and durable products while reducing the production of chemical materials and restraining the spread of invasive plants.
Furthermore, the association offers special guided tours highlighting the unique features of the German and Ancient Trails, as well as woodworking DIY experiences. It serves as an excellent destination for learning, gaining knowledge, promoting health, and fostering environmental consciousness.
