蘆葦女力以咖啡麻布袋再生為核心，回收咖啡麻袋與企業剩餘布料，透過循環設計再製為生活用品、企業贈禮，及手作體驗，延長材料使用壽命，降低一次性廢棄物與新材料生產需求，從源頭減少碳排放。生產過程培育在地婦女成為製作、展售人員，及手作教學者，建立兼具環境與社會價值的循環生產模式。藉由材料再生、減廢設計及資源再利用，從手作療癒到永續教育，有效減少廢棄物進入焚化或掩埋系統，推動循環經濟與永續消費，實現減碳、減廢及社會共好的多重環境效益。
Swing Reeds transforms discarded coffee burlap sacks and surplus fabrics into practical lifestyle products and corporate gifts through circular design. By extending the life of waste materials, the company reduces landfill and incineration while lowering the demand for virgin resources and the carbon emissions associated with new material production. Its production model engages local women in cutting, sewing, and upcycling, creating both environmental and social value.
