作品以「庫泥 × 再生瓷」為核心，運用石門水庫淤泥與回收廢棄陶瓷作為主要原料，將原本需處理或掩埋的廢棄資源重新轉化為高附加價值的生活工藝產品，實踐循環材料設計理念。製程結合陶瓷 3D 列印技術，以數位製造取代部分傳統模具開發流程，可降低模具製作所產生的材料浪費。作品亦透過參數化設計，使列印紋理直接成為產品外觀的一部分，避免額外加工程序。
This collection centres on a circular material made from sediment dredged from Shimen Reservoir and discarded ceramics. By transforming waste materials that would otherwise require treatment or landfilling into high-value lifestyle and craft products, the project puts circular material design into practice.
The production process incorporates ceramic 3D-printing technology, replacing part of the conventional mould-making process and reducing the material waste associated with mould development. Parametric design also allows the distinctive printed texture to become an integral part of each product’s appearance, eliminating the need for additional surface processing.

RECER 室內降溫產品 RECER sustainable ceramic cooling system 羊泥工坊運用石門水庫淤泥與回收廢陶瓷調製再生陶土，透過陶瓷3D列印製作具有多孔結構與特殊表面紋理的降溫裝置。陶體吸收水分後，利用水分自然蒸發帶走周圍熱能，不需壓縮機或冷媒即可輔助降溫。作品結合循環材料、傳統陶瓷特性與數位製造，探索低耗能且適應在地氣候的生活設計。 Sheep Craft produces recycled clay from Shimen Reservoir sediment and discarded ceramics, then uses ceramic 3D printing to create a porous cooling structure. After absorbing water, the ceramic releases moisture through natural evaporation, drawing heat from the surrounding air without compressors or refrigerants. The system combines recovered materials, ceramic properties and digital fabrication to explore a low-energy cooling solution suited to local climates. |
