水管阿民不把「水管、金屬零件與回收物件」當成單一廢棄物流，而是運用組裝、調音與反覆使用，將廢棄材料轉為可演奏且可教育的樂器。從收集到製成「水管打擊樂器」，每一步都對應水管、金屬零件與回收物件的特性與限制；材料被使用多久、是否容易維護，也被納入成果評估。就水管阿民而言，使用者的回饋會再回到設計端，成為調整規格與維修方式的依據，讓循環不是結案後便停止的單次專案。「水管打擊樂器」也讓材料來源、轉換技術與使用責任能在同一個敘事中被查驗。
The circular route developed by 水管阿民 starts with pipes, metal parts and recovered everyday objects and assembles, tunes and repeatedly uses them as playable instruments and educational tools. For 水管阿民, every stage leading to the featured exhibit responds to a property or limit of the selected material stream. For 水管阿民, time in use and ease of maintenance are considered alongside the transformation itself. For 水管阿民, user feedback returns to design decisions on specifications and maintenance, preventing the loop from ending when a single project closes.
