華生飲水自1959年成立，推動「只賣水，不賣瓶子」的循環經濟模式。在減碳作法上，全面採用可重複充填的玻璃瓶與桶裝水取代一次性寶特瓶，並透過自建的D2C（直送消費者）正逆物流車隊，實現高達95%以上的容器回收率。在環境效益方面，每少用一支600ml寶特瓶，即可減碳100公克並減塑18公克。以台北文華東方酒店的合作為例，每年成功減少24萬支寶特瓶，等同減塑4,320公斤、減碳24,000公斤。華生成功從源頭減量垃圾，積極落實ESG與淨零碳排願景。
Founded in 1959, Hwaseng Water champions a “delivering water, no bottling” circular economy. For carbon reduction, we replace single-use PET bottles with reusable glass ones and utilize our Direct-to-Consumer reverse logistics to achieve a 95%+ container recovery rate. Regarding environmental benefits, replacing one 600ml PET bottle cuts 100g of CO2 emissions and 18g of plastic. Partnering with Mandarin Oriental Taipei, we eliminate 240,000 PET bottles annually, saving 4,320 kg of plastic and 24,000 kg of carbon emissions. Hwaseng actively cuts waste at the source to reach ESG net-zero goals.
