以彰化鹹蛋殼堆積作為標的，協助農民進行農業廢資材進行系統化處理，並將已規格化的蛋殼粉進行永續設計，產出如燈具、椅凳等家居飾品，並以更量體化的製程製造已取得綠建材標章的蛋殼漆料，產出全國產的低碳建材。
Using the accumulation of discarded salted duck eggshells in Changhua as its starting point, the project helps local farmers establish a systematic process for managing agricultural waste. The eggshells are processed into standardized powder and transformed through sustainable design into home furnishings such as lamps and stools. Through a scalable manufacturing process, the material is also used to produce eggshell-based paint certified with Taiwan’s Green Building Material Label, creating a low-carbon building material made entirely from locally sourced resources.

礫光灰泥 以彰化芳苑鴨蛋殼與花蓮大理石切削細粉為主軸的灰泥塗料。本塗料由高達50%的石材產業汙泥廢棄物、天然礦物與20%回收蛋殼製成,不僅解決石材餘料、生質材料原需焚燒的去化議題,也為石材汙泥提供高值化的再利用方案。 This circular plaster coating is made primarily from discarded duck eggshells collected in Fangyuan, Changhua, and fine marble powder generated by stone cutting in Hualien. Its formulation contains up to 50% stone-industry sludge, natural minerals, and 20% recycled eggshells. By transforming mineral residues and biological waste that would otherwise require disposal or incineration into a practical wall finish, the material reduces reliance on virgin resources and creates a higher-value reuse pathway for stone sludge and agricultural by-products. |
