e轉機智慧回收機透過 AI 與 NIR 光學辨識技術,提升廢紡織品材質分類效率,降低傳統人工分類不精準、回收物混雜及後端低值化處理的問題。當舊衣能被正確辨識與分流,較適合再利用的材料可導向再生纖維、再生紗線或其他資源化用途,減少焚燒、掩埋與一次性原生材料使用所造成的環境負擔。設備同時建立雲端回收履歷,紀錄回收件數、材質類別、批次資訊與後續流向,使回收成果不只停留於收集,而能轉化為可管理、可追蹤、可視覺化的環境數據。此系統可支援品牌、通路、企業與活動場域推動永續回收行動,並作為未來 ESG 管理、循環採購與減碳效益估算之資料基礎。

The eSort Textile Station uses AI and NIR optical identification to improve textile sorting accuracy and efficiency, reducing contamination and low-value processing caused by manual sorting. Correct material identification enables discarded textiles to be redirected into recycled fibers, regenerated yarns, and other high-value applications, reducing landfill, incineration, and the use of virgin materials. A cloud-based tracking system records material types, quantities, batches, and recycling destinations, providing traceable environmental data to support ESG management, circular procurement, and carbon reduction initiatives.

本次展出「e轉機智慧回收機」,結合 AI 光學辨識、近紅外光譜(NIR)及雲端回收履歷技術,提供舊衣智慧回收與材質辨識體驗。系統可快速辨識多種紡織材質,提升分類效率,並將回收件數、材質與流向上傳雲端,建立可追蹤的循環履歷,作為後續分選、再利用及 ESG 管理基礎。透過智慧回收流程,讓參觀者了解廢紡織品如何轉化為高價值循環資源,實踐循環經濟與永續生活。

The eSort Textile Station combines AI optical recognition, NIR spectroscopy, and a cloud-based tracking system to deliver intelligent textile recycling. It quickly identifies fabric types, improves sorting efficiency, and records recycling data for traceable material management. Visitors can explore how discarded textiles are transformed into valuable circular resources, supporting ESG practices, the circular economy, and sustainable living.
